Hmmm? Only unless you were some tall supermodel that was somehow genetically built that way.

Personally, I've always been thick,and have embraced my curves.

Don't get me wrong you are beautiful just the way you are.

However, keep in mind that different industries have standards. So you just have make compromises wherever necessary.

So you have a huge thigh gap or nice thick thighs like me-- embrace your sexiness. 

What I do want to do is tone my muscles and smooth out my body 😀. That's just me though!

What Was The Best Musical Group You've Ever Listened To?


 I can't even lie. I use to love to listen to Backstreet Boys BSB and even to this day I still know all their songs word for word.

It's almost like singers don't sing like that anymore!

Oh my gosh! I bought all their cd's and I even follow them on social media. 

Backstreet boys still hold a place in my heart because their songs were classic and had meaning.

Learning Another Language


Learning Another Language

Being a former Spanish student in college I can sincerely say -- learning another language is hard!

All those new words in your vocabulary , conjugations and pronouncing each letter correctly is just too much at times!

I just really want to learn fluent Español and stay consistent with it.

I also want to learn Chinese (Mandarin), German and Aramaic.

Just remember that communication is key. So being able to interact with the world around you can take you places.

How To Grow Longer Natural Hair After A Big Chop



I big chopped my hair after I did a silicone treatment and my ends became stringy, Before that, I wanted my hair to just grow itself into all one texture without even clipping my ends. That didn't  work out so I just clipped them off.

Thankfully, I had been growing my hair naturally for 6 months prior to that...so I had a little bit of hair to work with

Naturally as a woman, you want your hair to be sexy and luxurious. So without it 9 out of ten times you would feel incomplete.

Without a doubt,  I didn't fool myself (country accent) and I continued to wear weave, wigs and protective styling to make me feel balanced. And it worked!

In just six additional months my hair has grown below my bra strap and it looks wonderful!

Honestly, I attribute my hair success to Aunt Jackie's Curls and Coils. And my new Biotin supplements and my water intake.

Of course, there were other hair care items I used from many other companies--Thank You!!!

It all comes down to these simple steps:

1. Wash your hair at least twice a month

2. Always wash your hair before co-washing it to avoid buildup

3. Pay attention to your hair`s heat threshold. You don't want to go burning off all your hair.

4. Avoid unnecessary hair styling to avoid breakage

5. Shampoo, Condition, Deep Condition, Oil, Seal, and Style your hair

6. Dust your ends (Optional)

7. Use a heat protectant

8. Lock in moisture by using the pineapple method of a satin cap

9. Take a responsible dosage of hair vitamins

10. Drink a lot of water and exercise to make sure that the nutrients in your body is going to reach your hair follicles

Should Women Wear Makeup?

That`s what it is for! Duh. My personal opinion is that if you wear makeup you should at least see it. I feel 

like men and women that tell their significant other not to wear makeup are perhaps insecure about 

something. Almost, like they don`t want you to look desireable to other people. Smh, this makes no sense. A supportive person would make sure that you look your best at all times. 

It`s a difference if you were putting it 
on all wrong then I could understand that but come on!

It is safe to say that person doesn`t really like you!

Should I Exercise and How Often?



Exercise. Why should I even try?
Me:

Hmmm? After the whole vegetarian thinG,  my metabolism went into another level. It`s like no matter what I eat or the quantity -- my furnace keeps on burning!

So with that being said I don`t need to exercise that much. Especially since I`ve become more acquainted with my more curvier side. 

It`s like I feel more attractive with a few pounds here and there!

On The Real

But seriously, I think that you should exercise just so that your body can function at its optimum potential.

Results 

- oxygenated blood
- faster metabolism
- better digestion
- better breathing
- elimination of harmful toxins from the body
- better organ function
- clearer skin
- a burst of energy

Even if you just walk a certain distance.

Try it! You`ll live longer!

To Go Vegan: Vegetarianism Really

To eat the veggies or not to eat the veggies that is the question?

Many people all around the world eat meat. But then there are the select few that don`t. They are called vegetarians.

I know all too well about how arduous this journey can be.

In fact, if you are a strict vegetarian i.e. vegan you don't-- I never said can't  consume any animal products (at least your not supposed to).

This is almost impossible and very, very expensive.

There are the times when your only human body desires the meat or some kind of animal product. We are omnivores we eat  both plants and animals so these type of urges are only natural.

I was a vegan for 3 1/2 years and a lacto ovo  vegetarian for two.

Trust me there were plenty of slip ups. And I mean meaty slip ups.

I think the whole concept of vegetarianism is very misconstrued. It`s like people don`t  know what they are putting into their body. Once it isn't  obviously meat. Then it must be vegetarian.

I think vegetarians are very confused sometimes. I`m not downing anyone because everyone is entitled to their own beliefs but come on :)

Advantages

- clearer skin; less acne; glowing skin
- regular bowel movements
- a burst of energy
- weight loss ( I lost like 15 pounds in my first month of trying it)
- better immunity

Disadvantages

- very expensive
- not available to all stores
- sometimes you crave animal protein

Other TidBits And Advice

- wash your fruits and vegetables
- boil and cook your food properly
- store your cooked food in the refrigerator properly
- do your research and read the labels (not all health foods are good for you)

I could go on and on. However, my advice would be to just take your time. Cook your own food. And if you want to eat some meat make sure that it is not that often .
